Before working with Dianna I spent my work days reacting to the things that came up through the work day.. This looked like getting in pointless arguments with my business partner, pulling my hair out, and almost quitting the business due to the stress of the tasks that I could not seem to get done in time because there was just SO much. (You know how it goes in a start-up.)

I tried to figure it out myself, read some business books, google some techniques to help but nothing worked – at least not in a real, lasting way.

I felt so frustrated and exhausted.

Today?

I am enjoying my work and look forward to it now! Dianna helped us build our automations and CRM in such a way that I no longer spend my time completing the same tasks over and over. The system she built takes that off my plate so that my only job is to double check it is all functioning and flowing properly. This shrunk that particular workload from maybe 2 hours a day, to 30 minutes PER WEEK!!!

I feel energized and excited to continue looking for things to delegate and automate with Dianna to take more of those kind of tasks off my plate.

My favorite moment of the experience was when I started crying on one of our work calls because of the overwhelm of work mixed with the overwhelm of building the automations. Dianna held beautiful space with a soft smile and walked me through how life changing this would be once it was done. She never flinched or judged because she knew what I was going through.
